POSITIOIN SUMMARY:
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:  Responsible for providing various kinds of administrative support to CEO, DON, ADON and all department Managers.  Admin assistant performs clerical duties in nearly every department area. Administrative assistant duties revolve around managing and distributing information within the office. This includes answering phones, taking memos and maintaining facility and confidential files. Administrative assistant is also in charge of sending and receiving correspondence, as well as greeting clients and customers.  Responsible for keeping vendor files current and monitoring and tracking invoices for AP.

Education or Skills:
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EDUCATION & ABILITIES:
PHYSICAL:  Must be able to sit at desk or stand for long periods of time, write legibly and be familiar with most computer programs.  Must be able to hear and talk over a telephone and in person with others.
MENTAL:  Must be flexible in a demanding environment; able to prioritize and use good judgement.  Must be able to coordinate a variety of issues while being frequently interrupted.
